Peaceful Psychiatry is the practice of Deval A. Shah, M.D. , a Stanford and Emory University trained and board certified child, adolescent and adult psychiatrist. He has extensive experience in all areas of psychiatry, specializing in child, adolescent and adult ADHD, as well as mood disorders and anxiety in all age groups. Dr. Shah practices evidence based psychiatric treatment in a compassionate and understanding atmosphere.

Undergraduate education at Case Western Reserve University with B.A. degrees in psychology and political science (honors) and a minor in biology
Continuing at the Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine
4 year psychiatry residency at Emory University in Atlanta, Georgia
Stanford University for a 2 year fellowship in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry
Extensive post-graduate experience throughout the counties of San Mateo, San Francisco and Alameda, across:

Adolescent and adult inpatient hospitals
Juvenile justice
In addition to his current full time private practice.
